James Founded Jimmy Buffit Yacht management in 2007 originally as a valet company then branched out into the brokerage specialising in sports-fishers and sports-cruisers. Growing up fishing naturally lead to a path in the marine industry starting from a young age and building a young team around him James has structured a company that is doing things differently to the rest.

Brad has grown up on launches cruising and game-fishing around New Zealand. After school brad shot straight over to Europe to do his time on the Super yachts for over 5 years of traveling the world and upon moving back home joined the Jimmy Buffit brokerage team. Brad and James share a similar vision to shake things up in the industry and do things differently to the rest!
